  • How long will it take before I receive an answer?

We always aim to answer every question within 48 hours.

PRODUCTS

  • How do I find the right size?

We recommend that you check the size chart on the product page. You can do this by clicking on "size finder" directly below the size selection. This way you will find the perfect size for you.

  • The product or size I want is sold out, what now?

You can leave your email address on the relevant product page. You can do this by clicking the 'Size sold out?' clicking when choosing the size. This way you will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

  • How can I redeem my discount code or gift voucher?

To redeem the store credit, add the discount code in the first part of the checkout process. After you complete this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with Ideal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amex and Bancontact.

  • How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order once it has been placed as we process and package your order as quickly as possible.

If the item doesn't fit? Then send it back to us for the correct size.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. This email contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), a summary of the order and the shipping address.

  • I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order once it has been placed as we process and package your order as quickly as possible. To be sure, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible solutions.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide. Golvson orders are shipped with DHL, DPD or UPS.

  • What is the delivery time?

  • How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can view the status of your order and provide the delivery service with additional instructions if necessary.

  • I have not received my order, what should I do?

Have you not received your order? That's annoying to hear! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be shipped the same day. Here you will receive an email with a track and trace to follow the package. Have you not received this email or is the status of your package unclear?

  • My Track & Trace indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?
